ICS is proud to boast an active involvement in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) education. Our students regularly us scientific and mathematical concepts in their classrooms to solve real world problems.
ICS and the Monmouth College Elementary Education Department are excited to collaborate during the 2016 school year. As part of this collaboration, Monmouth College students will be working with ICS students in grades 1st-6th in small groups focusing on specific mathematics standards. This partnership is a great way for students at ICS to receive very focused mathematics instruction, which will support the concepts they are already learning in the classroom.
