*Parishioners are asked to use church support envelopes so that it may be confirmed that they are practicing members of the parish. It will be understood that they are practicing members of the parish if contribution envelopes are received at least three Sundays a month (unless there is an extra-ordinary reason and the priest has been consulted). If this is not the case, they will be billed at the non-parishioner rate as listed above. The additional tuition will be automatically added to the electronic debit contract. All registered parishioners will be accountable for the parishioner rate when they register their children.
All families may select one of three ways to pay their tuition using electronic debit:
he tuition schedule assumes participation in the Fair Share Program. In the Fair Share Program, each family helps to earn $425 for Immaculate Conception School in a variety of volunteer ways. The Fair Share contracts must be completed and returned to the school prior to the first day of school, August 20, 2010.
The book fee is $175 per student. The technology fee is $25 per student. Half of these fees ($100) are due at registration on March 25, 2010 and the balance is due on or before August 13, 2010. If the balance is not paid by this time, then an electronic debit will be made on August 20, 2010. After School rates are not available at this time and lunch fees are $2.20 per student and .30 for extra milk. All parents will be accountable for paying their accounts in a timely fashion each month.
There will be NO registration fee for those who register on or before March 25, 2010. Parents who register their children after March 25th will have to pay a $25 registration fee. Parents may register through the white envelope prior to March 25th.
